The firm has recovered billions of dollars for injured clients and is known for handling complex, high-value litigation matters.Requirements:J.D. from an accredited law schoolLicensed to practice law in New Jersey or eligible for admission2+ years of litigation experience; candidates with approximately 2–10 years of relevant litigation experience are preferredMedical malpractice litigation experience strongly preferredExperience handling pleadings, motions, discovery, and depositionsStrong legal research, writing, and analytical skillsAbility to independently manage cases and deadlinesExcellent communication and advocacy skillsExperience working in a fast-paced litigation environmentA stable and consistent employment history is strongly preferredExperience working within an established law firm environment is preferred; extensive long-term solo-practice backgrounds may be less aligned with the structure of this roleResponsibilities:Manage medical malpractice litigation matters from inception through resolutionDraft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery responsesConduct depositions and court appearancesWork with medical experts and case consultantsAssist on complex and high-exposure litigation mattersDevelop litigation strategy and case evaluations
