Design High-Impact Presentations & Decks – Create visually compelling and strategic presentation decks for product launches, sales pitches, investor communications, and internal storytelling. Translate Complex Information into Visual Narratives – Simplify technical concepts and data into engaging infographics, charts, and illustrations that enhance comprehension. Develop Brand-Aligned Visual Assets – Design on-brand graphics, icons, and illustrations for marketing campaigns, blog posts, product documentation, and social media. Support Motion & Interactive Content – Collaborate on video storyboarding, micro-animations, and interactive content to enhance communication strategies. Maintain & Evolve Brand Guidelines – Ensure consistency in Tessell's visual identity across presentations, digital assets, and internal documentation. Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to shape communication strategies and align messaging with business goals. Drive Innovation in Design Storytelling – Experiment with new design trends, tools, and techniques to refine how we communicate ideas visually. What types of challenges will you work on? Making Complex Ideas Simple – Transform technical and data-driven content into intuitive and engaging visual narratives. Scaling Design Across Teams – Build templates and systems to streamline content creation and maintain brand consistency. Data Visualization & Storytelling – Craft data-driven stories that enhance user and stakeholder understanding. Brand Identity & Adaptability – Ensure our visual language remains modern, compelling, and adaptable across multiple formats. Keeping Up with Trends – Stay ahead of design and communication trends to keep Tessell's storytelling fresh and engaging. What skills & expertise are we looking for? Expertise in Presentation & Deck Design – Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Figma, or similar tools for creating high-quality decks. Graphic & Visual Design – Experience designing marketing and product-related visuals, infographics, and illustrations using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or Figma. Storytelling & Information Design – Ability to structure compelling narratives and simplify complex ideas into digestible visual content. Data Visualization – Understanding of how to present data effectively using charts, graphs, and infographics. Branding & Identity – Experience maintaining and evolving brand guidelines across multiple platforms. Motion & Interactive Design (Bonus) – Familiarity with After Effects, Lottie, or interactive prototyping tools is a plus. Collaboration & Communication – Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams, take feedback constructively, and iterate efficiently. Your Profile Would Stand Out If You Have: Experience designing decks and visual materials for SaaS, enterprise, or tech-driven companies. A strong portfolio showcasing impactful communication design work. Background in working with marketing, product, or leadership teams on high-visibility projects. Knowledge of UI/UX principles and how they intersect with visual communication. Passion for turning abstract concepts into compelling visual stories. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2 - 5 years of experience in communication design, presentation design, or visual storytelling.
