Was Deine Aufgaben sind:

Entwicklung neuer Geschäfte via Telefon, E-Mail und soziale Medien, um die hervorragenden DOOH-Dienstleistungen von HYGH vorzustellen und geeignete Kunden innerhalb des Zielmarktes zu identifizieren
Verfolgung von Leads und Durchführung von Recherchen zur Identifizierung potenzieller Interessenten
Durchführung von Bedarfsanalysen und Ermittlung von “pain points” potenzieller Interessenten
Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu potenziellen Kunden durch die Initiierung von Kommunikation und die Durchführung von Folgekommunikationen
Entwicklung und Ausbau der Verkaufspipeline
Dokumentation von Daten neuer und potenzieller Kunden innerhalb des CRM
Erstellung und Analyse von Berichten und Dashboards zur Vertriebs-Pipeline

Was Du mitbringst:

Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau in Wort und Schrift
Bachelor-Abschluss bevorzugt
3-5 Jahre Direct-Sales Erfahrung
Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, bestimmte Verkaufs- und Aktivitätsziele zu erfüllen und/oder zu übertreffen
Nachgewiesene Erfolge im Aufbau von starken Kundenbeziehungen
Du bringst viel Energie, Leidenschaft, Humor, Mitgefühl und Enthusiasmus mit
Du zeichnest Dich durch die Fähigkeit aus, mit Einwänden umzugehen und auf Einwände einzugehen, und hast eine wettbewerbsorientierte Arbeitsethik
