Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to establish clients' mental health needs and treatment goals.

• Develop personalized therapy strategies utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Engage with clients through individual therapy sessions, group therapy, and family counseling, adapting interventions to suit different formats and contexts.
\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and address all aspects of clients' well-being.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay informed of best practices in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Professional Counselor will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a range of mental health challenges. Clients may seek treatment for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, substance misuse, and other behavioral health concerns. Your role will involve tailoring therapeutic approaches to meet the individual needs of each client while being mindful of the broader societal contexts influencing their experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current and valid licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of three years of counseling experience, specifically within a clinical setting.

• Proven understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with a wide range of clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary range of $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and availability of caseload.
