Senior Manager of Cloud & AI Partnerships

Responsibilities The Cloud & AI Partnerships team is central to Celonis’ growth strategy as we aim to build out our Go-To-Market (GTM) with the major Hyperscalers and leading AI companies Key for that is to effectively enable and activate our partnerships and work together with our field teams to drive joint opportunities, marketing events and sales programs For that role we seek a Director Cloud & AI Partnerships based in New York or Raleigh to join our team and to manage our global Go-To-Market activities with Databricks Define the Joint Business Plan, articulating a clear “better together” value proposition, that aligns Celonis’ revenue goals with Databricks’ consumption targets Define GTM strategy to achieve joint goals, including the build out of joint sales motions and programmes with Celonis- and partner-teams Direct the creation of sales assets and enablement programs Ensure that regional teams are equipped with the right battle cards, pitch decks, and use cases to independently identify and drive joint opportunities Drive Regional Execution: Work with regional Sales Leaders and Partner Managers to execute the strategy locally Own and orchestrate the relationships with Senior Leadership at both Celonis and Databricks Personally support strategic customer pursuits in collaboration with the Celonis field teams Qualifications Strong communication skills, verbally & written in English (Native level) Combine the ability to develop a holistic strategy and work on operational day to day tasks to execute that strategy and grow our partnerships The ability to excite others and build strong relationships Studies in Business Administration / Economics / Information Systems is a preference Being able to translate and articulate a joint product value proposition to business stakeholders You have a sales mindset and you are Team-oriented & Entrepreneurial 5-10 years of relevant work experience in the area of partner management, sales or business development, ideally with Microsoft, AWS or Google Cloud #J-18808-Ljbffr Celonis GmbH
