Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary focus will be on clinical responsibilities, including:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of client mental health needs through telehealth and in-person sessions, addressing concerns ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship challenges.

• Providing evidence-based therapy to individuals and couples, utilizing techniques from modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

• Documenting client interactions meticulously in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) and practice management system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date progress notes.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals as needed, participating in case reviews, and contributing to client treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active LMFT license to practice in Illinois or its equivalent.

• Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills, with a solid understanding of the DSM V diagnostic criteria.
