• BILINGUAL PASSENGER SERVICE AGENTS
(JFK Airport)
Starting Pay: $21.25/hr. (+ $5.55/hr. if worked more than 30 hours a week)
REQUIRED: In addition to English, fluency in Hebrew is required
Essential Duties:
• Inspect and verify passenger documentation.
Issue boarding passes and reschedule passengers affected by flight interruptions or cancellations.
• Manage passenger baggage processing including handling and fee calculation if applicable.
• Assist passengers as needed through arrival and check in processes including support for passengers with special needs.
Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Excellent customer service.
• Relevant work experience.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Must be fluent in English and Hebrew.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Must be able to learn airline specific computer reservation & ticketing software.
