Accountant
Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bilingual Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, journal entries, and account reconciliations while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. This position requires strong accounting knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency with accounting software.
Key Responsibilities

• Process and maintain Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions.
• Prepare and post journal entries accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end account reconciliations .
• Process full-cycle payroll , including employee onboarding, payroll changes, deductions, and payroll reporting.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Resolve discrepancies and communicate with vendors, customers, and internal departments.
• Generate financial reports and assist with audits as needed.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to payroll and accounting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with full-cycle payroll processing .
• Proficiency in accounting and payroll software (Famous Software experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
