Job Description

Our Mission is to establish personal relationships with our customers to help them understand and protect them against the risks they face every day. We cover Auto, Home, Life and Health needs in the entire Pa, De, and Md!

As an Agent Team Member for the Agency, you will represent State Farm exclusively! You can expect to use your unique talents and abilities to get to know people and educate them on how to protect what matters to them the most.

We are looking for people who:

· Are Professional

· Sales experience

· Independent

· Motivated

· Can follow a consistent sales process

· Strive to meet sales goals

· Licensing is not needed to start, but you must be willing to obtain a Property and Casualty License

Base Pay plus commission : $40,000 - $120,000.00 per year

As a State Farm independent contractor agent, not an employee of State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents’ employees are not employees of State Farm.
