Remote Lead M&A Counsel - Global Deals
Cognizant Technology Solutions
Cognizant is seeking a seasoned M&A Attorney to join the Corporate Development team as a lead deal attorney. The role concentrates on US transactions with international exposure, guiding structuring, due diligence, documentation, signing, closing and integration. You will draft definitive transaction documents, perform due diligence, and coordinate with tax, finance, HR, IP, and other specialists. A minimum of five years in M&A and a JD are required, with strong leadership and communication
