Job Description
This Seattle-headquartered general contractor is an expert in design-build, working extensively in the financial, retail and private higher-education sectors on projects nationally. With a deep client base and extensive repeat users and they are growing their team in Seattle. Working as a Construction Contracts Administrator, you will actively support the project management team with administration tasks including establishing projects in the ERP system, managing project related documentation including compliance, tracking changes, project related billings, and project documentation closeout. A client-led small business, with a focus on collaboration and delivering great projects they provide a contemporary work environment and benefits for their team.
