Title Recruiting Coordinator - Hybrid Location Bolingbrook, IL Duration 6+ Months Must be in the Bolingbrook office 6x per month EOW, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday Only W2 candidates are eligible for this position. Third-party or C2C candidates will not be considered Description Maintain accurate, timely iCIMS records and deliver seamless interview scheduling experience for candidates, recruiters, hiring managers and interview teams The Temporary Recruiting Coordinator provides high-quality coordination and administrative support to the Corporate Recruiting team. This role is primarily responsible for interview scheduling and iCIMS administration, while also supporting recruiting operations, candidate communications and team priorities as needed. The coordinator serves as a responsive, detail-oriented partner who helps keep hiring activity moving and creates a professional, welcoming experience at every interaction. Candidates MUST HAVE Candidates must be local. Candidates must have experience with iCIMS.
