Document Prep/Scanner
VASTEC
Prepares documents for scanning. Creates index for company files indicating information such as firm name and address, product category and index code to identify material. Sizes documents into scanning size and format per project requirements. Meets customer satisfaction by consistently prepping, scanning, inspecting, compiling, and assembling projects accurately in a timely manner while maintaining standards. Must have outstanding attention to detail and be able to maintain a high level of productivity and confidentiality. Qualifications Must have or be able to obtain a Government Security Clearance. Familiar with scanners and scanning software (Quick Scan). Experience working with contract files. Experience with Digitech software (a plus). High school diploma required; associate degree preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Data entry experience and typing skills of at least 40 wpm. Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing. Current Government Security Clearance a plus. Ability to lift/move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs.
