To learn more about how we collect, keep, and process your private information, please review Insight Global's Workforce Privacy Policy: Skills and Requirements Litigation Support Manage cases from inception through trial and post-trial Draft and assist with pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, and filings Track deadlines under CA and Federal rules and maintain case calendars Coordinate document production, depositions, and discovery responses Trial Support Prepare trial binders, exhibits, witness lists, and jury instructions Handle trial filings, service, and courtroom logistics Provide in-court trial support (exhibits, documents, witnesses) Assist with post-trial motions Appellate Support Help prepare and file notices of appeal Track appellate deadlines and briefing schedules Assemble appellate appendixes and coordinate e‑filings Technology & E‑Discovery Use e‑discovery and litigation support tools (Relativity, CS Disco, etc.) Manage large document reviews and productions Support trial presentations using trial software (TrialDirector, OnCue, or similar) Law-Based Education Tech Savvy #J-18808-Ljbffr
