What You'll Do

• Float to various ICU units including Neuro ICU, Surgical ICU, MICU, CVICU, SICU, and NCCU based on staffing needs
• Provide critical care to adult patients with diverse medical conditions
• Administer medications, ventilator management, and telemetry monitoring
• Start IV lines and manage patient assessments with proficiency in EPIC documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, high-quality care
• Adapt quickly to different ICU environments while maintaining standards

What You Need

• Ohio RN license in good standing
• Minimum 2 years ICU experience in a fast-paced setting
• Current BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record system
• Experience with ventilator management, telemetry, and IV starts
• Ability to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity
