What You'll Do:

• Provide top-level nursing care for critically ill patients across multiple ICU units, including Neuro ICU, Surgical ICU, Medical ICU, Cardiology, CVICU, SICU, NCCU
• Float within units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed, maintaining high standards of patient safety and quality care
• Administer medications, monitor ventilator management, and utilize telemetry equipment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient progress accurately in EPIC electronic health records
• Respond promptly to patient emergencies, delivering lifesaving interventions as required

What You Need:

• Valid Ohio Registered Nurse license or ability to obtain
• Minimum 2 years ICU experience (Critical Care Float Pool experience preferred)
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications (must be current)
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records
• Skills in IV starts, telemetry, and ventilator management
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, floating environment
