What You'll Do

• Provide specialized care within various ICU settings, including Neuro ICU, Surgical ICU, Medical ICU, Cardiology/Diagnostics, CVICU, SICU, and NCCU
• Float to different ICU units based on staffing needs and patient acuity, ensuring high-quality patient care
• Manage ventilators, telemetry monitors, and IV starts
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Follow safety protocols and infection control procedures
• Document patient care accurately in EPIC electronic health record system

What You Need

• Valid Ohio RN license or eligibility to obtain one
• Minimum 2 years ICU experience
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Proficiency with EPIC EHR system
• Skills in IV placement, telemetry, and ventilator management
• Ability to float within units of equal or lower acuity
