Accounts Receivable Specialist Location: Newton, MA (Hybrid – 4 days onsite, Mon–Thurs) Overview A fast-growing, private-equity–backed consumer packaged goods (CPG) company is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join its accounting team. This role will join a strong team and have the opportunity to make an immediate impact. Why This Role Strong work-life balance; no fire-drills or burnout culture Hybrid schedule with Fridays fully remote Free onsite parking Compensation Base salary: $55,000–$65,000 Responsibilities Manage monthly customer billings Maintain accounts receivable aging and lead collections efforts Post and apply daily cash receipts Analyze and process trade deduction adjustments, including: Trade promotions and allowances (discounts, rebates, coupons) Slotting fees Damaged or short goods Operational chargebacks (delivery issues, compliance penalties) Partner cross-functionally to resolve discrepancies and improve AR processes Qualifications 3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience Experience supporting companies with manufacturing and large retail customers NetSuite experience a plus Strong Excel skills Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-growing environment #J-18808-Ljbffr KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting
