This role offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to create a comfortable and productive workspace from the comfort of your home. While the majority of your work may be done independently, you will be part of a close-knit team that collaborates regularly to share insights, strategies, and support one another in providing the best care possible. Our outpatient office model promotes a healthy work-life balance, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Regularly assess the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions and make adjustments as necessary to optimize client outcomes.

• Provide compassionate support, guidance, and advice to clients, helping them navigate their mental health challenges and enhance their overall wellbeing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an attractive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
