Details Work in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) of a hospital setting Day shift schedule with 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week 40 hours per week Uses Epic charting system May be required to float to other departments based on business need within scope of competency May be required to take on-call during a regularly scheduled shift Requirements Active RN license (MT or compact) required BLS certification from American Heart Association (AHA) required, must not expire prior to start date ACLS, NRP, or PALS certification required as appropriate for unit or service ASN required, BSN preferred Minimum 1 year of experience in PACU specialty required Epic EMR charting experience required Date of birth and last 4 digits of SSN required for consideration Additional Information Perform independent nursing functions and delegated medical functions in accordance with state Board of Nursing practice standards Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient nursing care Provide health teaching, counseling, and therapy supportive to patient recovery Document care in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines Collaborate with team through consultation, delegation, and supervision as needed Permanent staff must be separated from any Intermountain facility for at least one year before being eligible for this travel assignment First-time travelers may be considered for this position American Traveler Job ID P-747195.
