Details Post Anesthesia Care Unit setting within a hospital Day shift schedule of 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week May be required to float to other departments within scope of competency and qualifications May be required to be placed on-call during a regularly scheduled shift Requirements Active RN license (MT state license or compact) required Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association ACLS, NRP, or PALS certification as appropriate for the unit Certifications must be AHA-issued and not expire prior to start date ASN required, BSN preferred Minimum 1 year of PACU experience required Epic EMR charting experience required Additional Information Perform independent nursing functions and delegated medical functions in accordance with state Board of Nursing practice standards Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care including health teaching and counseling Provide therapy and treatment directly or through consultation, delegation, and supervision of others Document care in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines Refer patients for further evaluation or treatment as needed Former permanent staff must be separated from any Intermountain facility for at least one year before eligibility for this travel assignment American Traveler Job ID P-746089.
