About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Aviation Finance Origination and Structuring to lead client relationships and execute transactions across the aviation sector, including manufacturers, airlines, and lessors. Responsibilities include identifying prospective clients, assessing credit needs, structuring financing solutions, preparing credit proposals, and negotiating pricing, terms, and transaction documentation. The role also involves monitoring client activity and credit status, managing deal pipelines, supporting transaction execution, and contributing to product development and marketing. The successful candidate will ensure new customers are onboarded appropriately and coordinate with internal teams on ongoing transaction monitoring. Candidates should bring substantial aviation finance experience and a strong record of originating and structuring transactions and managing senior client relationships. The role requires expertise in credit analysis, proposal preparation, pricing, and documentation negotiation, along with sound judgment in managing risk. Applicants should be familiar with credit risk controls, customer due diligence, anti-money-laundering requirements, and new-product governance. Strong communication and presentation skills are needed to prepare materials, provide updates, and deliver training.
