About the Role We’re looking for an AI Search Manager to help our customers succeed in the new era of AI-driven search. In this role, you’ll work closely with brands and agencies, onboarding new clients and advising them on how to use our products to improve their visibility across search engines, AI assistants, and emerging generative surfaces. You’ll combine SEO expertise with a commercial and sales driven mentality, taking demo calls, setting up accounts for prospects and working with them on their AI Search success. What you’ll do Onboard and activate new key clients, educating them on how to best leverage Peec AI to become top-ranked in AI search Review websites, content, and search performance of key clients to identify AI-search-related opportunities across platforms (search, AI assistants, and emerging generative surfaces) Run advisory sessions with leading brands and agencies, turning their growth and brand goals into actionable GEO strategies and roadmaps Sell our AI search products, managing the full sales cycle from inbound to close, while meeting a sales quota What we’re looking for 1–3 years of hands‑on SEO or organic growth experience, ideally at a top‑tier SEO agency Deep understanding of technical SEO, content strategy, search intent, and how organic performance translates into business outcomes Strong consulting skills: you’re used to advising clients, presenting strategic recommendations, and constructively challenging their thinking Ability to explain SEO concepts in simple, actionable language for marketing and brand teams Excitement about the shift from “10 blue links” to generative search, and motivation to be at the frontier of that change Confident verbal and written communication skills in English for high-quality client calls, workshops, and written recommendations Bonus points Experience building frameworks: SEO playbooks, content strategies, or measurement models for clients Initial experience with AI search Any experience in sales, particularly in a B2B, SaaS or SEO context Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed SaaS or marketing tech environment Confident verbal and written communications skills in French, Portuguese, or Spanish What we offer Competitive salary + equity Comprehensive benefits package Collaborative, high-energy in-office work environment Opportunity to make a significant impact and define a new market category EEOC Statement Peec AI is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Compensation The base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $120,000 annually with anticipated on-target earnings being $100,000-$150,000.
