Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Manage an individual caseload of clients, building rapport and establishing trusting relationships grounded in professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to review client progress, stability, and future appointments, ensuring continuity of care and timely discharge planning when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and continuously evaluate personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress notes for all client interactions using electronic health record systems.

• Carry out comprehensive intake assessments to identify client needs and formulate initial treatment recommendations.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Engage in regular individual supervision sessions to discuss clinical cases and enhance professional development.
