Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to meet the diverse needs of our patients.

• Perform thorough comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that promote their recovery and wellbeing.

• Ensure meticulous documentation of therapy sessions in compliance with quality assurance policies, applicable regulations, and corporate standards.

• Engage in multidisciplinary treatment coordination by collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare providers to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse population of clients facing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and substance abuse disorders. Our outpatient therapy clients benefit from a supportive environment that respects their individual experiences and promotes their unique paths to recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in the state of California.

• Strong knowledge of ethical and legal guidelines in counseling and a commitment to upholding professional standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
