Our practice operates entirely through telehealth, which allows counselors to maintain a flexible work schedule while effectively reaching clients in need. The work hours extend from 7 am to 10 pm, seven days a week, providing you with the opportunity to manage your time and commitments. Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients' trauma histories and identify optimal treatment strategies.

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery and resiliency-building techniques.
\n
• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions aimed at processing trauma, developing effective coping strategies, and promoting emotional healing.

• Collaborating closely with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and integrated care for each patient.

• Providing immediate crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies.
\n
• Educating clients and their families regarding trauma responses and coping mechanisms, as well as resources available for additional support.

• Maintaining accurate, confidential documentation that adheres to legal and ethical standards, enabling seamless care continuity.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients who have experienced trauma, ranging from childhood adversities to more recent traumatic events. You will work with a diverse patient population that includes adolescents, adults, and families seeking healing and recovery from distressing experiences. Qualifications\n

To be a successful candidate, you will need to meet the following educational and licensing requirements:
