Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients' mental health needs, accurately diagnosing disorders and identifying underlying issues related to trauma.

• Develop customized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices, coping strategies, and personalized goals reflective of each client's unique circumstances.

• Offer continuous support and adjustment to treatment plans based on client progress and feedback, ensuring the highest quality of care.

• Educate clients about trauma recovery, coping mechanisms, and self-care practices that empower them to take control of their healing journey.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community resources to coordinate comprehensive care for clients, including referrals to medical or social services as necessary.

• Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with clinical standards and confidentiality regulations.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities, including required continuing education courses to uphold your National Certified Counselor certification.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be supporting individuals struggling with the impacts of traumatic experiences. Many of our clients are navigating challenges such as PTSD, anxiety, depression, and other emotional disturbances as a result of trauma. By utilizing your expertise and empathetic approach, you will help them create meaningful change and improve their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Must possess a valid Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) credential.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience working with clients suffering from trauma-related issues.

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is necessary; familiarity with Salesforce and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems is highly desirable.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients virtually.

Compensation and Benefits\n
