Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to provide care from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a professional work setting. Regular work hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, providing a structured schedule while allowing you to achieve a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial evaluations of patients to assess their mental and emotional needs, making informed diagnoses of disorders and challenges.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on thorough evaluations and ongoing assessments, incorporating coping strategies tailored to each patient's situation.

• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions, actively listening to patients' concerns and ensuring they feel supported throughout their treatment journey.

• Monitor and document patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to optimize recovery outcomes.

• Leverage Microsoft Office and electronic medical record (EMR) systems to maintain detailed patient records and facilitate effective communication within the care team.

• Educate both staff and patients on coping mechanisms for managing stress and trauma, enhancing their understanding of mental health issues.

• Collaborate with social and medical agencies, healthcare providers, and community outreach programs to connect patients with vital resources and services.

• Participate in professional development by completing continuing education courses to maintain your LPCC certification and stay current on best practices in the field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
