Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial patient evaluations to assess mental health status and establish informed treatment plans based on individual needs.

• Meet regularly with clients to provide psychotherapy and counseling, focusing on overcoming trauma and emotional disturbances.

• Develop personalized coping strategies and therapeutic modalities in collaboration with clients, encouraging them to actively participate in their recovery journey.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including maintaining certification as a National Certified Counselor to stay updated on effective therapy practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary clientele will include individuals grappling with trauma resulting from various circumstances, such as personal loss, abuse, accidents, or other significant life events. Our center focuses on providing tailored support for clients who need specialized care, ensuring they have a safe space to voice their concerns and work through their recovery process.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a relevant field.

• Current and valid Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) credential.

• A minimum of three years of direct experience working with trauma patients, demonstrating successful treatment outcomes.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, as well as familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n
