Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide Counseling Services: Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions, focusing on women aged 35-55 who are navigating challenges including anxiety, depression, midlife transitions, and relationship dynamics.

• Develop Treatment Plans: Assess client needs and create individualized treatment plans that employ evidence-based therapies tailored to their personal goals.

• Conduct Virtual Sessions: Utilize our secure telehealth platform to deliver therapy sessions that prioritize client confidentiality and comfort.

• Monitor Client Progress: Regularly evaluate client progress and adapt treatment strategies as needed, providing continued guidance and support to facilitate successful outcomes.

• Collaborate with Team: Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of professionals to ensure comprehensive care; coordinate referrals to other specialists when necessary to address each client’s holistic needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on female clients aged 35 to 55, addressing various mental health challenges that impact this demographic. Through understanding their experiences related to midlife transitions and relationship stresses, you will play a critical role in enhancing their overall mental health and well-being, making a profound impact on their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling from an accredited program.
\n
• Active LPCC license in the state of California.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical counseling experience providing therapy.

• Strong understanding of ethical and legal issues in counseling practice.

• Proficient in utilizing technology for telehealth services and maintaining confidentiality.

• Able to work both independently and collaboratively with a team.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience working directly with women’s mental health issues is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
