Associate Technical Designer

A leading women’s apparel wholesale company is looking for a skilled Technical Designer to support our development and production across Outerwear and Sportswear. Key Responsibilities Report to Technical Design Manager Collaborate with the Design, Sales, and Production team from the product development to Production. Track / receive / organize fit samples and prepare for fitting Participate in fitting (proto through production). Upload fit pictures and take all fit comments on Tech pack Communicate with China office resolving any questions arising from technical specs to construction Prep & Send fit samples to Private Label buyers. Follow up with their tech designers on comments, then communicate to China office. Job Qualifications Associate Degree with on the job experience 3 Years Min. experience Knowledge of sportswear & outerwear construction/spec Understand paper patterns and construction details Knowledge of both knit and woven garment Self‑motivated and self‑directed with continuous desire to learn and grow Able to work in a fast‑paced environment, detail‑oriented, and organized. Excellent communication, organizational skill, attention to detail and follow‑up skills Salary 65K-85K based on capabilities/experience.
