About the Role EnteroTrack is seeking high‑potential Associate Territory Managers in select markets. This is a field‑based role for highly motivated sellers who want responsibility early, thrive in fast‑moving environments, and are energized by building something new. ATMs play a critical role in driving early adoption of EST, supporting clinic onboarding, and building the foundation for sustained test volume across their territories. This role is ideal for candidates who want hands‑on field experience, strong mentorship, and a clear promotion path tied to measurable results in a high‑growth startup. What You’ll Do Drive adoption of the Esophageal String Test across Allergy, GI, and Primary Care practices within your territory. Identify, prioritize, and onboard new clinic accounts, from first conversation through first successful tests. Support in‑clinic training, workflow design, and early implementation to make EST easy to adopt and scale. Partner closely with commercial leadership to refine strategy, messaging, and targeting based on real‑world feedback. Track activity and pipeline in CRM and use data to focus effort on the highest‑impact opportunities. What Success Looks Like High‑potential clinics identified, onboarded, and consistently running EST. Sustained test volume growth across active accounts and a steadily expanding base of ordering clinicians. Demonstrated ownership, initiative, and execution that clearly supports promotion readiness for a Territory Manager role. Qualifications 1–5+ years of medical sales or healthcare‑related experience Experience calling on Allergists, Gastroenterologists, or Primary Care strongly preferred Highly self‑motivated , competitive, and execution‑oriented; comfortable owning a number and building from zero. Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with physicians and clinic staff. Comfortable operating in a fast‑growing, early‑stage startup where processes, tools, and territory strategies evolve rapidly. Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
