About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director to oversee and manage all community operations in accordance with state and federal policies and regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic direction and daily operational oversight of the community, ensuring high-quality resident care, operational excellence, financial performance, and regulatory compliance. This role involves leading, mentoring, and developing department heads and teams, maintaining open communication with all stakeholders, and fostering a culture that aligns with the company's mission and values. The Executive Director will also be involved in sales support, staffing, and supporting the company's senior living operations. Candidates for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, marketing, or a related field, with 2 to 5 years' of experience in management and supervision. A background in senior living or the hospitality industry is preferred. The role requires a candidate with demonstrated success in operations management, team leadership, and financial oversight, as well as excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of regulatory requirements for senior living communities and various employment and labor laws is essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be a team player, and have a genuine interest in working with older adults.
