Office Manager / Title Clerk - Motorcycle Dealership
We're hiring an organized, detail-oriented professional to join a busy motorcycle dealership as an Office Manager / Title Clerk. This role is essential to keeping operations running smoothly, handling titles, registrations, paperwork, and day-to-day office functions in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
If you take pride in accuracy, enjoy managing multiple tasks, and like being the go-to person who keeps everything moving, this could be a great fit.
What You'll DoProcess motorcycle titles, registrations, lien releases, and related documents accurately and on time.
Ensure all deal paperwork is complete and meets state and dealership requirements.
Track title work from start to finish and maintain precise records.
Work closely with Sales, Finance & Insurance, Accounting, and customers to support a smooth delivery process.
Maintain dealership files and protect confidential customer information.
Assist with accounts receivable/payable and general office operations.
Communicate with state agencies, lenders, and vendors as needed.
Previous experience as a title clerk, in a dealership, automotive, powersports, or administrative role preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dealership management systems.
A professional, customer-service mindset and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
