Job Description:

- ~7+ years of technology experience w/ ~3+ as an agile scrum master.

- Leads backlog grooming, sprint planning, and demos

- Measures team velocity and ensures it is healthy and is steady or improving sprint over sprint

- Agile process champion on team

- Lead role in removing obstacles and blockers that are holding back progress. Escalates as needed inside and outside the team

- Facilitates and supports multi team project/program level plans by creating team/sprint plans that align with them.

- Able to keep engineering teams honest in agile practices, t shirt sizes, story point exercises etc.
