Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations to determine mental health diagnoses and developing tailored treatment plans.

• Documenting ongoing assessments, treatment plan updates, and detailed case notes in accordance with company policies.

• Maintaining a caseload of 25-30 clients weekly, providing therapy services that may encompass individual, family, and group therapy.

• Utilizing a variety of creative interventions to empower clients in reaching their therapy goals and fostering mental wellness.

• Delivering exceptional customer service and support while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including case managers, families, medical personnel, and school staff.

• Participating in regular supervision, case consultation sessions, and training to promote your professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. You will engage with individuals facing a wide range of challenges, from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and life transitions. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
