Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of couples and families, identifying the underlying issues affecting their relationships.
\n
• Facilitating therapeutic sessions for couples, while also dedicating time for individual therapy to address personal challenges.
\n
• Developing personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Providing ongoing support and counseling for a variety of issues, including but not limited to:

• Alcohol and substance abuse
\n
• Grief and loss
\n
• Conflict resolution among family members
\n
• Adjustment to separation and divorce
\n
• Communication issues within the family
\n
• Healthcare-related stress
\n
\n
• Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will work with diverse populations, including couples and families, as well as individual adults and adolescents. You will provide therapy for clients facing significant life changes, challenges in their relationships, and various psychological issues. You will have the opportunity to make a life-changing impact on clients dealing with complex family dynamics, from blended families adjusting to new structures to individuals healing from past traumas.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for the Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist position will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Strong understanding of family systems theory and therapeutic techniques.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

At the Psychological Well-being Counseling Center, we offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, coupled with generous, above-market compensation packages.
