Key Responsibilities
Work schedule
- Prepare accurate individual tax returns using user-friendly software
- Identify and explain applicable tax credits and deductions to clients
- Provide excellent customer service with clear communication
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Experience preparing tax returns is preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Detail-oriented and organized with strong commitment to accuracy
- Commission on your tax returns with no earning cap
- Hourly pay plus performance-based bonuses
- Direct deposit every Friday
