Manager - Epicor ERP

Leads a team of 2–5 analysts/developers using a servant leadership approach while remaining technically engaged.WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:Lead, mentor and grow a team of 2–5 Epicor analysts/developers using a servant leadership styleOwn Epicor Kinetic administration, security, configuration, upgrades and supportDesign and develop BAQs, BPMs, Dashboards, SSRS reports and SQL solutionsPartner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain and Finance to improve business processesSupport Purchasing, Inventory, Production, Sales, Projects, AP, AR, GL and Costing modulesLead full lifecycle implementations, enhancements, testing and production supportMap legacy processes to Epicor capabilities and prepare functional design documentsLead data migration, governance and user trainingDrive Engineer-to-Order (ETO) best practicesOwn Project Costing and Project Accounting processes, ensuring accurate capture of labor, material and overhead costs, milestone-based revenue recognition where applicable, project profitability analysis, WIP tracking, and customer chargebacks/billing based on project completion milestonesInvolved in all phases of the implementation process, including initial design, build, training, and post implementation support for Epicor 9, 10 and Kinetic ApplicationsPartner closely with Finance and Project Management teams to ensure project financials reconcile correctly and support month-end close, forecasting and audit requirementsBusiness Analysis & Planning: Evaluate existing IT infrastructure, document current workflows, and identify operational bottlenecks. Design custom ERP solutions, map system processes, and configure software to meet industry standards and specific business needsImplementation: Manage the rollout of the ERP platform, ensuring it suits seamlessly with existing hardware and legacy systemsYOU HAVE:Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business management, accounting or similar preferredIdeally 7+ years of Epicor 10/Kinetic in manufacturingExperience leading 2–5 ERP resourcesStrong SQL, BAQs, BPMs, SSRS and integrations knowledgeStrong knowledge of Project Costing, Project Accounting, ETO, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and FinanceWE HAVE:A dynamic global reach with diverse operations around the world that will stretch your abilities, provide plentiful career opportunities, and allow you to make an impact every daynVent is a leading global provider of electrical connection and protection solutions.
