Key Responsibilities\n

• Create and execute individualized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique needs and objectives, integrating family therapy principles into interventions.

• Provide therapeutic interventions for a range of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety disorders, addiction, grief, pain management, and relationship conflicts.

• Facilitate therapy sessions using evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care, adapting methods to suit individual circumstances.

• Deliver crisis management services to clients experiencing urgent or distressing circumstances, ensuring appropriate and timely support is provided.

• Maintain detailed documentation of client sessions and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards while safeguarding confidentiality.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care, enhance treatment approaches, and provide comprehensive support for clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
