Role Description The Account Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Shreveport, LA. This position supports account management by coordinating day-to-day client communications, tracking project timelines, and ensuring accurate documentation of campaign requirements. The Account Coordinator will assist with preparing meeting agendas and recap notes, organizing assets and information for creative and media teams, and monitoring project status to help keep deliverables on schedule. The role involves responding to client requests, supporting reporting and performance summaries, and collaborating closely with internal teams to help ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives. This position requires strong attention to detail, proactive follow-up, and a commitment to providing reliable support to both clients and colleagues. Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills and customer service capabilities to build positive client relationships and work effectively with internal teams. Solid communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present information in a concise, professional manner. Analytical skills to review campaign data, spot trends, and support account teams with basic reporting and performance insights. Foundational account management skills, including organizing tasks, tracking deadlines, and coordinating project details across multiple stakeholders. Relevant experience in marketing, advertising, or a client-facing role is preferred; agency experience is a plus. Strong organizational skills, time management, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, project management platforms).
