About the Role We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to help maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and is comfortable managing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks with accuracy and confidentiality. This is a great opportunity for an organized bookkeeping professional who enjoys working independently and takes pride in keeping financial information organized. Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online Record and categorize income and expenses Reconcile bank and credit card accounts Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable Prepare and maintain financial reports Review transactions for accuracy and proper categorization Assist with monthly and year-end close processes Organize receipts, invoices, and other financial documentation Communicate with management regarding bookkeeping questions or discrepancies Support the accountant or CPA with tax preparation and financial reporting as needed Qualifications Previous bookkeeping experience required ** Hands-on QuickBooks Online experience required ** Strong understanding of basic accounting and bookkeeping principles Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Comfortable handling confidential financial information Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with small-business bookkeeping Experience with payroll processing Experience preparing financial statements Prior experience working with an external accountant or CPA What We Offer Flexible part-time schedule Competitive hourly compensation Opportunity for a long-term position Supportive and professional work environment Potential for additional hours as business needs grow #J-18808-Ljbffr Aquarius Pools and Hardscapes
