Key Responsibilities: Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) Maintain the General Ledger Perform bank reconciliations Process and maintain accurate financial records Work within our proprietary accounting/job management software (training provided) Assist with other bookkeeping and accounting tasks as needed Requirements: Previous bookkeeping or electronic accounting experience required Experience with AR, AP, bank reconciliations, and general ledger functions Experience with QuickBooks is not required Willingness to learn new software and processes Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and precision Reliable, organized, and able to work independently Screening: Candidates may be asked to complete client-specific screenings, such as background checks or drug testing Why Work With Us?
