Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM Tue: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM Wed: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM Thur: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM Fri: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site‑specific procedures, front desk protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Monitor access to the location by greeting guests, verifying identification and/or credentials, issuing visitor passes, and documenting arrivals and departures in accordance with site policies. Answer phones, manage the reception area, and communicate with employees, vendors, and/or delivery personnel regarding entry procedures, directions, and other front desk‑related questions. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and report details through appropriate site‑specific channels. Support a professional front desk presence within a technology, media, and/or telecommunications location by observing activity in the lobby area and helping to deter unauthorized access or disruptions. Minimum Requirements: Have at least 1 year of security‑related experience. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
