Responsibilities include: Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism, empathy, and urgency Schedule plumbing and water cleanup service appointments Coordinate technician schedules and communicate appointment updates Assist with dispatching and daily scheduling activities Maintain accurate customer records and service documentation Resolve customer concerns while providing exceptional customer service Follow up with customers as needed regarding appointments and service updates Support general office operations and administrative tasks Work closely with dispatch, technicians, and leadership to ensure a positive customer experience What We're Looking For We're seeking a dependable, customer-focused professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment. Qualified candidates should have: Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, dispatching, reception, call center, administrative support, or a similar role preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Computer proficiency and accurate data entry skills Positive attitude with a passion for helping customers Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Experience in plumbing, HVAC, restoration, or another home service industry is a plus but not required Who Thrives in This Role?
