Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our modern rehabilitation facility located in New York, New York. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive examinations and evaluations of patients with various functional limitations and disabilities.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and recovery goals.

• Consult with healthcare providers on a patient's continuum of care to ensure seamless coordination and support.

• Administer appropriate therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities in line with best practices and regulatory standards.

• Educate patients and their families about the treatment process, including exercises and home safety strategies, to promote understanding and compliance.

• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress, adhering to all legal and professional guidelines.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to review treatment effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to care plans.

• Participate in community outreach activities and contribute to marketing efforts aimed at educating the community about the benefits of physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily involve adult patients dealing with post-surgical rehabilitation, orthopedic injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits
