The Sales Talent Recruiteris responsible forfull‑cyclerecruiting for sales roles, with a primary focus on sourcing, attracting, and engaging passive sales talent. This role works closely with the Recruitment team to build strong talent pipelines and deliver ahigh‑quality, professional candidate experience. This role plays a critical role in supporting revenue growth by ensuring sales positions are filled efficiently, accurately, and with the right talent. This position isexecution‑focused, highly collaborative, and accountable for managing pipelines, coordinating interviews, and supporting offer processes. Sales Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Leadfull‑cyclerecruiting for sales roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination Partner withHRleadership to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and hiring timelines Partner with the Marketing team to supportrecruitment‑focusedcontentfor social media posts Manage active requisitions and candidate pipelines to meet hiring goals Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers Provide guidance to candidates throughout the recruiting process to ensure a strong candidate experience Support offer preparation and coordination in partnership with HR and Sales leadership Sourcing & Pipeline Management Proactively source sales candidates using job boards, networking, referrals, and recruiting tools Build andmaintaina strong pipeline of qualified sales talent Utilize recruiting platforms and tools to track candidate activity and hiring progress Maintainaccurateandup‑to‑datecandidate records and recruiting documentation Collaboration & Process Support Work closely with theHR teamalign on recruiting priorities and processes Partner with Sales leadership on interview feedback, hiring decisions, and onboarding timelines Support continuous improvement of sales recruiting processes and practices Ensure recruiting activities align with company standards and compliance requirements Provide recruiting support foradditionalroles as needed based on business priorities and hiring demand Other duties as assigned Required Skills Strong sourcing skills with the ability toidentifyand engage passive sales talent Ability to build relationships quickly with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders Ability to meetmonthlyhiring goals and requirements Solid understanding of sales roles, sales hiring profiles, andrevenue‑drivenenvironments Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills Ability to manage multiple open requisitions and competing priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail with strongfollow‑throughand organizational skills Ability tooperatewith urgency whilemaintainingaccuracy and professionalism Comfort working in a fast‑paced, changing environment Proficiencywith ATS and recruiting tools; ability to learn new systems quickly Qualifications 2–5+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a sales recruiting role Demonstrated experience recruiting for sales roles preferred Strong communicationand interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously Comfortable working in a fast‑paced,deadline‑drivenenvironment Experience using ATS or recruiting platforms preferred Professional, collaborative, andcandidate‑focusedapproach Physical Demands Sit at a computer for 8 hours per day Keyboarding for 8 hours per day Near Vision (working with small objects or reading small print) Speaking (communicating information to clients / coworkers) Hearing Requirements (In person speech, telephone, other sounds) Job Location If local to Tempe, AZ, onsite/hybrid If located outside of reasonable commute, remote Medical, dental, and vision benefits with highly subsidized premiums Two weeks paid time off in your first year, with increasing PTO as tenure increases, and most major holidays off 401(k) Plan with employer match Onsite Fitness Center Onsite Monthly Massages *iT1 is an equal opportunity employer.
