A well-established skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in the Hoosick Falls, NY area is looking for a driven, relationship-first Director of Business Development / Marketing to own referral growth and become the face of the facility across the region. What You'll Do

Build and grow referral relationships with area hospitals, discharge planners, and case managers
Become a visible, trusted presence in the community — with physicians, assisted living partners, and local healthcare networks
Drive census growth through consistent outreach, follow-up, and relationship management
Collaborate closely with the admissions team, providing support to help convert referrals into admissions
Bring fresh ideas and a proactive strategy to stand out in a competitive local market

What You Bring

Proven success in SNF/post-acute marketing or business development, with strong hospital referral relationships
A track record of being active in the field — not just managing relationships from behind a desk
Someone who enjoys working independently and takes ownership of their results
Familiarity with the Upstate NY / North Country referral landscape is a strong plus
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
