Backed by Sequoia and other leading VC firms, they're growing their team across New York and London. We are hiring our Founding Technical Recruiter to work directly with Founders to scale the business.

A deeply technical group of engineers, AI researchers, and strategists with a high bar for talent and a shared belief that exceptional people are the foundation of everything great they'll build.

About the Company:

This company is solving one of the hardest problems in enterprise AI: AI models are generic but company processes are specific. They build AI agents that learn how processes actually run, and then run their operations.

Location: New York Metro

Salary: $150k-250k + Equity

The Role: They're hiring their first recruiter someone to serve as the builder of their talent engine. This is a hands-on role that will establish the talent acquisition motion from the ground up, including owning in-the-weeds sourcing and foundational recruiting ops.

What You'll Do

• Source exceptional talent: quickly understand hiring profiles and fill top of funnel with strong candidates across New York and London markets
\n
• Lead early hiring: partner with Founders and hiring managers to recruit world-class engineers and technical talent across disciplines
\n
• Build the recruiting stack: design and implement recruiting operations from scratch, including ATS setup (Ashby), sourcing/CRM systems, interview loops, and candidate experience
\n
• Run RecOps: keep the hiring machine moving, and help hiring teams go from first intro to accepted offer fast and frictionlessly
\n
• Sell the opportunity: convey the company's mission and opportunity to candidates, ensuring they leave every interaction more excited than when they came in
\n
• Shape early talent philosophy: define how they hire, ensuring a consistent, fair, and high-bar interview process that optimizes speed to hire and reflects a strong employer brand

What They're Looking For

\n
• Experience: 4+ years of professional experience, with a track record sourcing and recruiting for top-tier tech organizations — US and UK experience a plus
\n
• Technical fluency: you speak engineer (CS background helpful), with experience recruiting for complex engineering roles
\n
• Interviewing expertise: a skilled interviewer who can screen candidates thoughtfully so hiring managers are only talking to the best
\n
• Builder mindset: you've built or rebuilt recruiting systems, processes, and teams from the ground up
\n
• Hands-on operational chops: comfortable running recruiting ops and building out the tooling needed to support your function and scale operations
