Smiling from Open to Close Monday:, Wednesday & Thursday : 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Tuesday : 7:00 am - 4:00 pm Friday : 7:00 am - 2:00 pm Responsibilities Must be dependable and skilled in quality control when handling financial information, performing insurance verification, and preparing end of the day reports, always keeping our patients worry-free Performs clerical tasks such as sorting, opening, distributing mail, scanning, and photocopying. Answer phone calls and provide information to callers; greet visitors/patients; schedules, verifies, and confirms patient appointments. Explains procedures and/or services to patients using dental knowledge. Presents financial policies and arrangements to patients collect co-payments and verify insurance coverage as appropriate.
